Bountiful Fruit Arrangements, Provides NEXT Day Delivery to our local areas (see Shipping for a list of areas). SAME DAY is available for our local areas if the order is received by 9:00 AM. (Due to high volumes, next day delivery is not available December 14-22. Please allow 1 extra day for delivery.)

Please note that some fruits are seasonal. The vases and baskets may not be the same as shown in the pictures.
Please note that its the sender’s responsibility to make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive the basket, If no one is home the basket will be left at the door.

We require that any cancellations be made within 2 hours of order confirmation. A $5 CANCELLATION FEE will apply to All orders that have already been processed via Credit Card.

Note: Orders can NOT be cancelled once they have left the premises for Delivery.

If your gift arrives damaged in any way we will either replace it or refund your purchase. Please report any damaged shipments to us within 12 hours of receipt. Because we can not personally hand deliver our baskets ourselves, please be sure to keep all damaged packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, call us right away within 12 hours after receiving the product due to health and safety reasons, the returned product must be in its original packaging and the cellophane unopened. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee as well as any return shipping costs. ($15-$30) You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days.

We make every effort to ensure that the gift that is received matches the gift pictured and described as closely as possible. Due to product availability and freshness, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary to ensure the gift is delivered on time. The overall design, theme, colour and quality of the basket will not be compromised in any way. Should the overall design or theme change drastically from what is shown on our website, we will contact you immediately before proceeding.

Note: Chocolate items may be substituted during warm summer months (June to September). All substitutions will be for products of equal or greater value.

Bountiful Fruit Arrangements will never under any circumstances, sell, rent, give or loan our customers information. This includes email addresses, names, addresses or credit card information. We do not store credit card numbers on our online computer. If someone gains access to our online computer files they will not find your credit card number or personal information.
