Bountiful Fruit Arrangements appreciates and respects your interest in our edible products. We use a variety of fresh fruits in our arrangements that promote a healthy lifestyle. Some of these include cantaloupes, pineapples, grapes, watermelon, honeydew, oranges, kiwi, strawberries, and plums. We also add in any vegetables or other fruits that are requested, upon availability. For a small additional fee, chocolate strawberries, a teddy bear, or a balloon can be added to the basket. Our arrangements are true to size and appearance. Compared to our leading competitors, we offer considerably lower prices for superior quality and service. Please note that some fruits are seasonal. The vases and baskets may not be the same as shown in the pictures.

ALLERGY WARNING

Bountiful Fruit Arrangements products may contain nuts or traces of nuts. Please inform us in the event of any allergies to avoid using those items. (Almonds, Coconut, Caramel, Chocolate, Festive Sprinkles)

PRODUCE/CHOCOLATE USE

We use all fresh and natural fruits and vegetables for all fruit arrangements. No preservatives are ever used. We use 100% real milk chocolate and assorted white chocolate in our products.

DELIVERY

Bountiful Fruit Arrangements provides NEXT Day Delivery to your doorstep. SAME DAY is available for our local areas if the order is received by 9:00 AM. It’s the sender’s responsibility to make sure someone is at the delivery address to receive the basket, If no one is home the basket will be left at the door.
Your Health & Safety is our main priority! To ensure your safety, the Delivery Agent will drop the product at your doorstep by following the No-Contact delivery process with all Covid-19 protocols.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY / SUBSTITUTIONS

We make every effort to ensure that the gift that is received matches the gift pictured and described as closely as possible. Due to product availability and freshness, substitutions of equal or greater value may be necessary to ensure the gift is delivered on time. The overall design, theme, colour and quality of the basket will not be compromised in any way. Should the overall design or theme change drastically from what is shown on our website, we will contact you immediately before proceeding.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & DAMAGES

If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to return it, call us right away within 12 hours after receiving the product due to health and safety reasons, the returned product must be in its original packaging and the cellophane unopened. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee as well as any return shipping costs. ($15-$30) You will receive a refund within 5-7 business days. If your gift arrives damaged in any way we will either replace it or refund your purchase. Please report any damaged shipments along with the snapshots of the product to us within 12 hours of receipt. Because we can not personally hand deliver our baskets ourselves, please be sure to keep all damaged packaging as it may be requested by the carrier.

CANCELLATIONS

You have to call us or email us for any cancellations or changes in order within 2 hours of order confirmation. 5% Processing Fees will apply to all the orders that have already been processed.
Note: Orders can NOT be cancelled once they have left the premises for Delivery.
