How can I place my order?
You can place an order online at any time on our website or by calling us on our Store.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, or Paypal, or you can place the order over the phone and pay via E-transfer.
How far in advance do I have to order?
It's always best to order in advance, but at least one day ahead to be delivered, or 2-3 hours if you want to do a pick up. Same day orders must be placed before 10 AM
Can I customize my order?
Yes, you can call us or email for customization. Furthermore, you can also add chocolate covered strawberries or balloons to your order.
Will I receive an order confirmation/receipt?
Yes. When you place an order online from our website, you will see a confirmation page after you process your order and an email confirmation or receipt in your email.
How do I cancel an order I have already placed?
Kindly reach out to us either within 3 hours of confirming your order or at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery or pickup to request any changes or cancellations. Once your order has left the store for delivery or has already been delivered, regrettably, we won't be able to accommodate cancellations or refunds.
Is it secure to use my credit card for online payments?
Absolutely. We prioritize the security of your personal information, including your credit card number. We utilize encryption and employ SSL (secure socket layer) technology to transmit your data over the Internet, ensuring that it remains unreadable to anyone except us.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order.
Are there any sales taxes applied to my order?
Orders, whether for pickup or delivery, are subject to the applicable taxes of Ontario, i.e. 13% (GST/HST)

While we do not handle nuts in our facility, please be aware that the chocolate we use may contain nuts or tree nuts. Take necessary precautions when ordering chocolate products.

We utilize both semi-sweet and white chocolate in our offerings.
Does your product include milk?
Please note that all our products may have contact with items that contain milk ingredients. We advise those with food allergies to exercise due caution.
Are there preservatives in your fruit?
No, our fruit is entirely natural, and we never add any preservatives.
What is the shelf life of your fruits?
If you don't plan to consume the fruits immediately, store them in their original packaging, refrigerate them promptly, and enjoy them within 24 hours. For chocolate-covered strawberries, it's best to indulge as soon as possible.
Do you provide same-day delivery?
Yes, we do offer same-day delivery for orders placed by 10 AM
What is your typical delivery window?
Our standard delivery hours are between 12:00 Noon to 3 PM, but during peak seasons, delivery times may vary.
Do you contact the recipient prior to delivery?
Unless the delivery location is within an apartment building, we typically do not make a prior call to the recipient. The responsibility of ensuring someone is available to receive the arrangement rests with the sender; otherwise, it will be left at the designated delivery point.
What areas do you serve for delivery?
Our delivery service covers the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and its surrounding areas. You can find the list of cities available for delivery when placing your order. If a city is not listed in the drop-down menu, it means we do not deliver to that location.
What is the delivery fee?
Here is the delivery fee, as follows:
- Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Toronto, Thornhill, Vaughan, Markham, Burlington, Milton, Maple, and Pickering: (Next Day Delivery: $14.99 + HST)
- Georgetown, Ajax, Aurora, King City, Bolton, Caledon, and Acton : (Next Day Delivery: $19.99 + HST)
